Cannon Events holds Running Clubs for both children and adults. John is Enhanced DBS Checked and has undertaken the Derbyshire County Council Safeguarding Training.

Monday: Chesterfield Football Club

Time: 6.30pm

Distance: 3-4 & 6 mile groups

Meeting point: The Hub (Karen Child Community Stand)

Tuesday: The Avenue Country Park, S42 6FQ

Time: 6.30pm

Distance: various groups covering 3-4m jog group, efforts/interval training and kids training

Meeting point: The Avenue Car Park

Wednesday: Chesterfield Football Club

Time: 6.30pm

Distance: 3-4 & 6 mile groups & Couch 2 5k

Thursday: Sharley Park Leisure Centre, Clay Cross

Time: 6.30pm

Distance: 3-4  mile group & Couch 2 5k

Friday: Queens Park, Chesterfield

Time: 5.30pm

Distance: Kids training plus Family Couch 2 5k group

Distance: from 5 miles upwards in different groups

Kids Running Club is suitable for ages 6 -15 yrs. The first session is free, further sessions are charged at £2 each. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join in free of charge.

Adults Running Club is free for the first session, further sessions are charged at £2 each. Children age 6 – 15 yrs are able to join in if accompanied by an adult.
